Cricket Back At Warnford After Lockdown Rules Ease

By Times Reporter in News on July 11, 2020

Cricket returned to the Meon Valley today at the Hampshire Hogs Cricket Club ground in Warnford on the first day that the sport was permitted to be played again under the guidelines from The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for ‘the return of recreational cricket’.

Hampshire Hogs were fielding against Marlborough Blues in bat. Hand sanitiser was used regularly during the match with wicket celebrations with elbows.
