Exton Arrests: Police Say No Further Action Over Burglary

Police say no further action will be taken against a man and woman who were arrested yesterday in Exton in connection with a burglary.

But the pair – a 27-year-old woman from Exton and a 35-year-old man from Kings Worthy – did receive conditional cautions for malicious communications in relation to messages sent in connection with the burglary.

We reported yesterday how the pair were arrested in Exton in connection with a burglary in which a puppy was stolen. The woman was also arrested on suspicion of assault. 

The burglary happened at around 4.45pm on December 3rd at an address on The Valley. Yesterday’s arrests took place on Church Lane in Exton and police said a puppy was also recovered and returned to the owner.
