Hambledon Man Admits Killing His Mother

An 18-year-old man from Hambledon has admitted killing his mother in the village.

Rowan Thompson admitted the manslaughter of his mother Joanna, 50, who was found dead at her home in Hambledon on July 1st 2019. She had suffered injuries to her neck.

Thompson denied murder but admitted manslaughter when he appeared at Winchester Crown Court. He will stand trial in October.
