Hendog streed art vandalism

Street artist Hendog has pledged to repair a piece of artwork which was vandalised.

Vandals tried to ruin the work – created by anonymous Hampshire-based street artist Hendog – and it was badly defaced with an x and the word “toy” – which is urban slang for bad artwork.

But yesterday most of the spray paint used to cause the damage was removed by local resident Jo Smith.

Amanda Harris contacted Hendog who said: “I’m happy to come back to touch up the artwork. I’m so sorry it happened – it just happens with this style of artwork.”
