Masked Gang Target Vans Across Meon Valley Overnight
A gang of masked thieves broke into at least three vans in the Meon Valley last night stealing tools worth thousands of pounds.
At around midnight five men wearing balaclavs broke into a van in Bishop’s Waltham by making a hole near a lock. They were disturbed by passersbys who they then threatened.
They stole a number of tools and then made off on Winchester Road towards Durley.
In Droxford a Ford Transit was broken into between 8.30pm on Monday and 7.30am today and a large quantity of tools were stolen.
Then in Warnford a tradesman’s van was broken into and many tools stolen.
