Police appeal after dirt bikes stolen from address in Whiteley

KTM Dirt Bike

Police are appealing for information after four dirt bikes were stolen from an address in Whiteley last week. The bikes were taken from a shed at an address in Dumas Drive on the night of Tuesday May 7th. CCTV from a nearby address showed four people wheeling the dirt bikes along Milne Road, towards Colebridge Drive, but it is not known where they went after this.

A small silver hatchback car was also seen following the group at this time. It is believed the four people are all men, they were wearing dark clothing and had hoods up. One of the group was walking with a distinctive limp.

The bikes are:

  • An orange KTM bike, with the words MMX Racing and the number 67. The registration number ends HYR.
  • An orange and navy Husqvarna dirt bike.
  • Two children’s sized dirt bikes, which are black and green.

Police say the KTM bike has been seen in Studland Close, in the Redbridge area of Southampton, since being stolen.
