Police Appeal After Motorcyclist Injured In Collision With Van That Left Scene

Police are appealing for information following a collision in Corhampton.

At some time between 9.10am and 9.25am on Friday a collision occurred on Corhampton Lane between the B3035 and Stakes Lane and involved a white tipper style van and a grey Daytona motorbike.

The van left the scene without stopping.

The motorbike rider, a 44-year-old man, suffered a serious hand injury which will require surgery.

Officers are appealing for anyone with any information about this incident to come forward. Were you in the area at the time of the incident? Did you see the van, or do you have a dashcam in your vehicle?
