Police hunt after boy assaulted

Police are hunting for a man in connection with an assault on a 15-year-old boy in Bishops Waltham.

The incident occurred between 8.30pm and 9.15pm on Monday 29 April, as the victim walked along Winchester Road.

During the incident, the victim was pushed and hit in the face. Thankfully, he was not injured.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: “We believe the man in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

“He is described as;

  • White
  • Aged approximately 60-65 years
  • Large build
  • Balding with greying hair
  • Wearing a grey/blue cardigan or jacket with a grey polo shirt.

“If you have any information about this incident, witnessed it, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could assist in our investigation, please contact us.
