Popular Bishop’s Waltham Restaurant To Close

A much-loved Italian restaurant in Bishop’s Waltham will close later this year, the owners announced today.

Piccola Roma, in Houchin Street, will close its doors for the last time after summer.

The owners said: “We are coming to the end of our ten year lease in 2021 and have decided to hang up our aprons.

“We hope to open up the restaurant again in May and have an amazing final spring/summer with you all.

“Hoping we can have some live music, some events and above all, lots of good company and food in the very near future.”

The restaurant currently offers a takeway service due to Coronavirus restrictions.
