Victory for Green Party in Meon Valley County Council seat battle

Malcolm Wallace Green Party

The Green Party won yesterday’s by-election for the Meon Valley seat on Hampshire County Council.

Malcolm Wallace beat his nearest rival by more than 150 votes.

The vacancy followed the resignation of Hugh Lumby who stepped down from the position due to ill health.
